Method of Payment for Online Orders or Fax Orders: USA Issued Credit Cards- Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. We accept payment with checks or money orders via regular mail.

 We currently only accept credit cards issued in the USA and ship to addresses in the USA. Credit card billing information provided must match what your bank has on file for the credit card used or we will not be able to process your order. IMPORTANT: The billing information you provide must match what your bank or credit card company have on file. Any variance could delay or void your order.

Delivery Information & Restrictions: Delivery to credit cardholder's street address in the USA only. Deliveries to other shipping addresses & Post Office box numbers are via RESTRICTED delivery only. We also welcome orders from our military customers with delivery to APO and FPO addresses via insured delivery through the US Postal Service only (FedEx does not deliver to military addresses)... remember that your APO/FPO address must be on your file with your bank.

Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed with an automated response service so you will also receive a copy of your order via email. Remember... all orders require a signature for delivery.

Product Guarantee- All items are guaranteed to be delivered free of manufacturer's defects.  If any item has a manufacturer's defect as determined by the manufacturer, it will be corrected by them at no charge to you.  We will even pay for your return shipping if it is determined to be a manufacturer's defect. IMPORTANT- Loss of stones, broken prongs or any other damage caused by accident or abuse is not covered.  Note that many warranties are voided if someone other that the manufacturer works on the item.

Mother's Rings® are custom made items that are not returnable. These items are made just for you.  Once custom order has been placed with the mfr., the order may not be cancelled and these items are not returnable. Note that samples are available for ALL of our Mother's Rings®... if you are unsure, order a sample before you purchase. 

OUR Mistakes or Errors- If we have made a mistake, we will take care of the problem.  We will also reimburse you for the return US Priority Mail shipping fee that you incur because of a mistake or error on our part.  You must notify us within 15 days of the delivery date.  You may incur a fee to correct the error if we are not notified within this time frame so it is very important that you inspect your order immediately upon receipt.  If you have made the mistake, you will be responsible for any fees to correct the problem plus shipping fees. 

-Shipping Information-

Shipping Time:  All Mother's Rings® take about 7 to 14 days to craft and ship.  Add an additional 5 days if 14k white gold is requested (or platinum or platinum/18k gold Original Mother's Ring®).  You must also include time for delivery service of approximately 2 business days.

Shipping Charges: Most items in this store ship to our USA customers free via insured FedEx 2nd Day Delivery.  EXCEPTIONS are for orders shipping to Post Office box numbers, our military customers with APO and FPO addresses and some orders shipping to addresses other than the billing address.  If you prefer insured US Priority Mail delivery service,  you must indicate this on the order form in the comments box located on the billing page. Note that insured US Priority Mail is an approximate 3-5 day delivery service to addresses in the USA but is not guaranteed to arrive in that time frame.  A signature is required for all deliveries.

Damaged Deliveries: All items are carefully inspected prior to shipment and carefully packed for delivery. In the unlikely event an item is received damaged or if there is an error, you must report it to us within 24 hours of delivery. Call (231) 938-2582 or (231) 938-2757. Since all orders are shipped insured, you must save all packing materials for an inspection by the shipping company.  

Failure to Deliver by a  Promised Date:  If we do not deliver by a promised date and it is because of an error on our part or one of our manufacturer's, the remedy shall be limited to the reimbursement of the full purchase price of the item ordered.  We will not be liable for any expenses beyond this.  Note that when we indicate that an item generally ships in about so many days, this is NOT a promised delivery date. If delivery delay is due to the shipping company such as FedEx, UPS, US Postal Service, etc., we will not be liable nor responsible for the delay.  It is the shipping company's responsibility to deliver in the time frames they advertise.  Any remedies shall be in accordance with the shipping company's policies. Note that all orders are shipped via insured delivery in case of loss while in their control.

Online Pricing: We make every effort to provide beautiful keepsakes at a competitive price.  If the precious metal market should change or if mfrs. increase their prices to us, our online prices may be effected. We reserve the right to change pricing.  If this should ever occur, you would be contacted for authorization to proceed with your order at the new price. 

-Additional Information-

Blank Mountings/Remounts: Many of these rings are also be available blank (without any stones). They are special order items that are not returnable. Note that The Original Mother's Ring® is NOT available as a blank setting.  Please contact us for pricing of a blank setting and include your finger size.

Ring Sizing: It is always best to order your ring in the correct size.  Resizing can be expensive especially if you ordered The Original Mother's® ring which has two bands.  If you are not sure of the size required, do not just guess.  Order the finger sizers or for rings with wide bands, visit your local jeweler to be sized with wide finger sizers.

Miscellaneous: Prices are subject to change. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors and omissions. Store policies and terms are subject to change without notice. Many jewelry images are enlarged to show detail- refer to sizes provided. We have done our best at reproducing images to insure correct colors on our equipment, however, colors will vary... do not use the online colors to determine actual colors because computer monitors/settings may alter the actual colors.  Use of this site constitutes your agreement to our online store policies and terms of sale.
